Claimant says:
"In November 2010 I went to Geneva Denture Center in response to their many advertisements claiming to provide upper implants for my full denture with lower implants free. The claim was to make perfect teeth individually set. After having x-rays and consultation, I paid a down payment of $$7,400. Impressions were made and I was referred to a Dentist who was supposed to put in the implants. The Dentist informed me that he was not able to make implants because I did not have sufficient bone structure, which Dale Neiswender should have known from the x-rays he took. I then went back to Geneva and my bill was adjusted to $9,800.00 to make an upper plate and a lower bridge that was supposed to give me the ability to bite and chew my food easily and at the same time look like normal teeth. I have made at least 25 - 30 trips to Geneva in an attempt to obtain teeth that I could eat with. To this day, I am still without a set of teeth that I can eat with. I have a lower partial that I cannot wear and that caused severe pain, discomfort and damage to my existing dental work. I cannot chew food successfully, nor bite into meat. I can only eat soft food and have no teeth in the back of my lower jaw on both sides.. After several trips to other dentists I requested Geneva to refund my money in full so that I could get proper teeth from a competent dentist. I was told that my request was being submitted to some financial office and have not heard anything since then. After 20 months of lack of service, I am requesting your assistance in obtaining a refund of my $9,800.00."

  • I'm seeking just half of what I paid and not even being greedy at all and they still will not respond to my request to get $12,000 back on my incomplete work that I prepaid $27,000 total. I could have had the same work done at another place for around $4000 and it would have taken 2 visits to the dentists to do it not 30 or more and constant pain for years. I was stuck paying more for their incompetence as i saw each implant fail due to my poor fitting temporary dentures, i complained and suggested to make new ones but each time I was told just to wait the 4 months and I'll be getting all new good fitting perfect dentures. That never happened I never was provided with a final set of dentures and I ended up with 4 implants out of 12.
    Comparable work at another office was quoted at $4000 for what I received from Geneva 2000.
    I had to go to another denture center to get my dentures made and they quoted me the $000 price for what had done. and paid $27,000 for. They also said most work is done in 4 visits and at the most 6 months in time.
