Claimant says:
"I've purchased used engine from business which I've paid for the water pump and timimg belt to be changed cause the parts were brand new on the engine that was in the car. Now the engine is DEAD cause the water pump wasn't changed. As a result the timing belt broke on the car. I have a 60 day warranty on the engine but I dont want Gaston Auto to work on the vechile. I've paid 1822.00 cash for parts and services that was not receceived. When I made the last payment of 922.00 on 7/31/12 we brought the car home and discovered that the OIL PAN HAD A LARGE HOLE IN IT. I went to Pull a Part and purchased an used oil pan and had it replaced. I also believe they STOLE MY BRAKE BOOSTER AND AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR off the car, neither worked when gotten the car back. I even asked about may PLATINUM PLUGS that were on the engine that was replaced they say I didnt have PLATINUM PLUGS. I have receipts to every claim I'm making. I have to put the car back in the shop after driving maybe a MONTH."
