Claimant says:
"I received an investment opportunity offering via mail from Fun & Fuel Promotions in March, 2013. On April 9th, I called their office tn# 1-800-772-1378 to inquire further about the investment opportunity. I spoke with their office manager Sandra. She answered my questions and assured me that, with a check payment by phone for $2500.00, I would be guaranteed to receive five (5) mailing spots in their current April 10th - June 22nd, 2013 Mailing campaign. The campaign consisted of marketing/selling discount & fuel vouchers to businesses throughout the United States. These vouchers would then be used by businesses as incentives for their customers/clients. The mailing campaign coop would have a total of 100 mailing spots ($500 per spot). According to the office manager, my $2500.00 would secure the final 5 spots available. Upon the completion of the campaign (June 22nd, 2013), each mailing coop participant (investor) would receive two certified checks (one for 5x's the investment & the other for the original coop investment) via FedEx by no later than July 3rd, 2013. I invested $2500.00 via phone on April 9th, 2013 ( I have a copy of the cashed the check as proof of payment) and also faxed in the required documents to secure my 5 mailing spots. Sandra (the office mgr.) confirmed receipt of my payment and documents. I was told that I would receive an acceptance package via mail within 7-10 days after my initial investment. I waited for 2 weeks but still received nothing from the company. I called the office and Sandra advised that there was a delay in getting the packages mailed out. She said that I should definitely receive my package within the next 7 days. I waited til May 15th, 2013 before calling the office again. I spoke with another representative at the office who checked and confirmed that my package was en route to me. Since then, I have called and left numerous voicemail messages at the office tn# 1-800-772-1378 with no return call. Then on June 28th, 2013, A general recorded message was made on the office tn# 1-800-772-1378 advising all participants that our results package (check payments) would arrive to us via FedEx between June 28 - July 3rd, 2013. If we haven't received our package by July 3rd, then we were to send a certified letter reporting our lack of receipt of our return on our investment in the campaign. The company would then respond immediately. I mailed a certified letter on July 9th, 2013. The certified package was signed for and received by the company on July 13th, 2013. Today is July 22nd, 2013 and I still have not received any follow up from the company regarding my investment. I am seeking legal action against this company and restitution for $25,000.00 plus my original investment of $2500.00 A.S.A.P. I have also reported this company to Scambook.com (file# 260952) and IC3.gov (complaint id: I1307171819087292). No court case is pending yet and I do not have an attorney assigned to this case. I did sign a contract with the company and have documented proof of all transactions with this company.
