Claimant says:
"According to Contract all the work was not completed, replacing and painting of all the rotten wood on the exterior chimney side of the house, including corner boards, 1 corner board was replace and painted, however, 2 other corner boards were not touch, those can only be seen from a far distance of the house because of the height and was not notice until a week later when the gutter in the same area was being replaced.
Freshcoat painting charged to repair the gutter, which they said was not repairable, but instead needed to be replaced and they don't do that type of work.
Repairing of the gutter was including in the contract price, however, it was not deducted at the time of payment, and I am not able to get back a refund."
