Claimant says:
"On June 19, 2014 My personal property was stored in a garage at 820 N Kirby, That was supposed to be remodeled and ready in 2 weeks for me to move in! Well everything that I owned was burglarized! Brand new couches, all my clothes and shoes, work uniforms I mean everything! Fresh Start Properties sold the house after the remodel, which left me in a temporary house and nothing to my name. When writing a certified letter to Fresh Start asking to let me have one months free rent, so I could try to replace items that I needed asap, like work uniforms and shoes which is a must in order to keep my job! I was served a unlawful dentainer and the few items that were left in the garage at Kirby was delivered while I was at work and placed in front of the small temp house with no notice! And more of my personal property was missing from that! It rained and ruined everything! So now I have no home no personal property and facing a possible eviction on my background all because of Fresh Start Properties!"
