"I bought a 2003 GMC ENVOY on September 17,2014. I checked the whole vehicle out ,engine, transmission, tires etc. I didn't check the radio as I was looking at the mechanics. The minute that I drove off the lot, I noticed that the radio wasn't working properly, as it was playing real low. I e mailed the sales women, Joyce Jenkin 2 days later and told her. She said that I should go buy speaker wires. I called the manager and notified him and he said that its not their problem as the vehicle is "AS-IS"...they would not work with me. I paid $6,000 for that Envoy ! I brought it up there and waited 4 hours and they checked the radio out and said that it was bad. The manager E mailed me and said that he would put a USED radio in for $250 and split it with me. I DONT MIND A USED RADIO, BUT WHY SHOULD I PUT ANY MONEY OUT IF THE RADIO WAS BAD THE DAY THAT I BOUGHT IT ? I WOULD NOT OF BOUGHT IT IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD BE PUTTING MONEY INTO IT WITHIN DAYS ! DECEPTIVE FRED BEANS !JOYCE JENKIN AND THE MANAGER SCOTT HALL,EITHER HAD FOR-KNOWLEDGE OF THE BAD RADIO OR WAS NOT KNWLEDGEABLE ABOUT A USED VEHICLE THAT SHE SOLD AT FRED BEANS. THE BACK DOOR DOESNT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE AND SHE FAILED TO MENTION THAT ALSO, BUT I LET THAT GO."

  • I WOULD NOT OF BOUGHT THE ENVOY IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD BE PUTTING MONEY INTO IT WITHIN DAYS ! DECEPTIVE FRED BEANS !So the BACK door was not opening from the inside from the day that I bought it, AND The "newly inspected" Envoy needs new wiper blades FROM DAY ONE, so how did it just pass inspection IN AUGUST? Are you people honest at all ? The radio plays at best VERY low, when the volume is on high. AND OUT OF ALL THAT DECEPTION, ALL I'M ASKING FOR IS $200 FOR ANOTHER RADIO/CD. WOULD JOYCE JENKIN OR SCOTT HALL BUY THAT VEHICLE WITH THOSE PROBLEMS FOR THEMSELVES OR A FAMILY MEMBER ?
