"The righ front fender and passage side door of my vehicle was damaged after going through the carwash. There was a deep scratch and a number of scratches that were superficial. I was unable to get in contact with any representative to discuss my issue. I filled out an accident report and call the home office three days consecutively. I left three messages; still, no one returned my call. It appears, they are not concerned about their customers. Today, I went by the carwash and the attendy was not helpful. He stated that he had seen any incident reports."

  • No one has offered me anything. In fact, no one has contacted me at all. I've called and left several messages and no response.

  • WriI have no idea who responded to my claim, but this person is completely dishonest. I challenge them to provide documentation as to when and how they attempted to contact me. Again, I’ve called and left several messages without anyone returning my calls. I’ve gone by the carwash to speak with a manager or someone in charge and there was only the attended there. He was rude and not helpful at all. I got the phone number to the corporate office which is only a voicemail service. If you don’t believe me call 813 643-1440 leave a message and see if you get a response. I did not. te your message here

  • "The alleged damage did not happen at our carwash. We use soft cloth wraps and there is nothing in the tunnel that causes scratches to a vehicle. We have offered for Mr. Philyor to walk the tunnel with us, but as he has no responded, we assume he has declined. We welcome the opportunity to prove our equipment cannot cause the damage he claims. Thank You."
