"I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT WITH THE UNDERSTANDING FROM THE FRONT PAGE OF THEIR WEB SITE THAT SAID VERY PLAINLY SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY, NO RESTRICTIONS LISTED THERE. WHEN YOU TRIED TO GET A REFUND THEY HAD ALL KIND OF EXCUSES AS TO WHY THEY DIDNT HAVE TO. GET ON PULL UP THE WEB SITE AND READ FIRST PAGE IT IS VERY CLEAR THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS"

  • I went to bank and met with Jackie Rothwell who is handled this for her to check on the refund on dec 28 at 10.00 am and there is no record at this time of a refund being issued

  • Customer has filed a dispute with his bank. He contacted us after he had already filed this dispute with his bank. We have tried to explain to him (our customer service as well as management now) that once a customer files a chargeback this prevents us from refunding. The issue is now between the customer and his credit card company. The funds have been debited from our account by his credit card company. All resolution and credits to his account are at the discretion of his credit card company. If we refund the customer again now as he requests- we will be double charged for the chargeback. I am very sorry but the customer has chosen to deal with the matter with his credit card company and he needs to continue on this path of resolution. We have no control of when his credit card company issues his credit. We have supplied case numbers and proof of the chargebacks and are happy to assist in forwarding any further documentation to substantiate the chargebacks. But there is nothing ourselves or PeopleClaim can do to assist in this resolution as the customer has chosen to have his credit card company deal with this.

  • I have asked that yo u contact my bank you say that you don't have the money they have proof that on 10-21you pulled backthe 89.95 and on11-17 you pulled back the 79.98 so you have the money that is why you have to issue a refund the bank is out the money at this time I asked that you contact Jackie at the credit uhion and she can explain it to you I will ask you again to cotact her at 4694293220 if you are honest about getting thie settled as you have the money not us cecil
