"i purchased a new 2008 Honda CRV 01/19/08..I also purchased the extended warranty which included Tires 4 Life which was an incentive to purchase warranty...on 09/24/11 I went to purchase new tires because on my prev auto service with First Honda, I was told I will need new tires..That is when I was told I did not follow the guidelines to receive this service. Every auto service was performed at First Honda from the day I bought the car..I did have the tires rotated when I was told to do so. They always do a vehicle inspection which include tire pressure, breaks, fluid levels etc.

The Contract for TIRES 4 LIFE OVERVIEW
1. All factory recommended svcss for vehicle to be done at First Honda
2. Need to keep tires proper inflated, rotated and have vehicle aligned regularly
3. when you come in for replacement tires, we'll pay for the tires, you simply pay the mounting and balancing fees.

Yes to the above stipulations..I trusted First Honda when my car needed service..I am not a mechanic, I relied on their recommendations, that is why I went to have the tires replaced in the first place....I did purchase the tires from First Honda cost: $725.84

I requested to speak with the service manager, but instead they gave me a copy of the TIRES 4 LIFE OVERVIEW and said that service was not longer available. or offered..

I have no problem with First Honda Service Dept..They have always treated me with respect. I just am really tired of being ripped off. I would have bought tires when needed but that is not the point..It is having information that I paid for misrepresented..
