Claimant says:
"It all started when I put my bills in to consolidation, when I found out what they were doing
I changed my mind and canceled them, than I paid off all my bills, when I tried to pay of Fingerhut they told me no that I had to get a letter to show I canceled them.
I received the letter and sent it to Fingerhut, they had my account my account on hold.
they would not send me any statements until they got the letter.
when I tried to get in touch with them they sent my calls over seas.
So the next time I called I said I had something to return, I told the young lady my problem, she took her time to look in to it, when they got my letter, they made a mistake and sent my letter to the consolidation address, they kept calling me telling me I was very late, and they put it on my credit report. they sent me a statement and I made the payment.
I tried to get in touch with them to tell them to take that report off my credit there is no way to contact them, if you try to write them they say their is no gurante that they will get back to you."
