Claimant says:
"I received a message on Facebook and it stated I won $150,000.00 through a computerized lottery selection. The message gave me a number to call for verification (1-701-404-7315). I called that number and they gave me the Funding Opportunity#20140219-HK and Funding Batch #736646-76BNH. I later received another message stating I would receive the winnings the next day via UPS. I text them back to talk via phone about tax consequences and necessary paperwork involved. They text me back stating they don't do business over the phone for security reasons and all paperwork will be in the package delivered to me.

I later received a text stating the package with my winnings couldn't be sent until they received an administrative fee of $1,000.00 cash for the lawyer. (no checks, cash only through the postal service in a magazine and put it in postal envelope for next day delivery). They text me the name and address: Talwo Oluwaywm , 3715 Dildock St., Dallas, Texas 75215. I text them back and asked the name of the lawyer: The lawyer name is Jim Patterson. I text them back and told them this sounds like a scam and I'm not sending them no cash money in the mail and do not want them to text me anymore. They text me several times telling me they were legitimate. That organization should be investigated. It looks like all they want is cash money with no guarantee, just promises. This is my report. Thanks."
