Claimant says:
"I put almost $200.00 worth of clothes in the cleaners. of those clothes my son had two shirts. We only got one shirt back and when we realized it He went back and they said they would look for it and call him. Well they didn't so when I went to get the 50 some dollars clothes out I asked about the shirt. They said we waited too long and they gave us the shirt. It wasn't that long, we went back when we realized it was missing. They wouldn't even suggest any compensation or anything. They told me to call the cops or take them to court. I got very upset and started crying because i couldn't believe they refuse to do anything about it. i would have been good if they would have offered me half for the shirt, but they offered nothing. It was my son's clergy shirt and he had just become a minister and this was a brand new shirt he had on once. I really hope that there is something you can do about there unfair service and especially after all the money I had just spent in their establishment. Thank very much"
