Claimant says:
"The company offered us $18,900 for the sale of our Timeshare in Mexico. We paid Federal and State taxes to Mexico and then was told there was an escrow charge. We wired $9,319.00USD to Guadalupe Camboa, Londres #47, 5 Piso Int. 202, Mexico DF, DP 06000. It was deposited into two different accounts. The first 2 deposits for the Federal and State tax was sent to Banamex the account#: 002691700310720169 in the amount of $3780.00 and $4089.00. The third deposit was made to Guadalupe Gamboa, same address in the amount of $1450.00, to HSBC bank in Tabacalera, Mexico, Swift Account. This money was supposed to be refunded plus the sale price for the Timeshare in the amount of $28,219.00USD and was to be paid as soon as the last escrow payment was received which was wired on 5/21. The last communication with the company was on May 21, 2012. Our money was supposed to be delivered FedEx by no later than May 25th. Since then the company no longer answers the phone, it goes straight to voice mail, no calls returned. I have the paperwork to verify this claim. I will be happy to send the documentation to you as soon as I hear from you."
