"This company has 31,380 credits of mine from Worldmark by Wyndham Time Share that they never credited me back. I have a family health problem in NV and want to book to see my brother. Sean Swafford And Steve Gonzalez aren't calling me back. I need these credits back. They canceled a place in Branson, MO this is why they have my credits still. I have left message to just credit my account to Worldmark/Wyndham back since they haven't booked me for NV. And yes I called today and told them I was going to BBB and my Time Share told me to contact you.

  • As per my booking pages confirmed from Worldmark I had till Aug. 15th to cancel. As you can see they were canceled by Equity Property Relief. I was never told that they didn't offer refund of my credits. I am willing to give up 12,000 of my 31,380 credits for their time. How ever the person who received my credits is a Worldmark person. Who is Tammer Mamou her Acct. # is 0004006817. I really want to see my brother who is very sick.

  • Ok, I need week for Sept. 5th to Sept. 22nd. There needs to have a full weekend in the dates. So ideal would be Sept. 5th to 11th or Sept. 12th to 18th. I need for 8 persons since that's how many were going to Branson.

    "client was told we dont not offer refunds and her reservation was booked for months then says she wants points back when she can not go to the reservations made for her.We are not worldmark we do not offer exchanges.very sorry and will be willing to offer a week at aresort to resolve the matter ."
