"Order trial product for shipping cost only and was charged for full price after trial ended. Their own terms and conditions prevent me from being charged full price. Company refuses to return funds even after bank dispute. Manager defies claim and told me to send email which I did and they totally ignored the facts of thec ase and never answered email. When spoke to manager Mark Randell, he claims they threw email in garbage. I threatened with court action and told him I would maio court papers and he said when they arrive, he will throw them in the garbage also"

    "Good Afternoon Consumer and People Claim,

    This consumer took part in our "14 Day Trial" offer from our office. Every consumer gets 14 days from the original order date, without any billing. You can cancel the order anytime and return the product within the 14 days and be billed nothing at all. That is the beauty of the offer.

    Every consumer is notified twice of the terms and conditions. Here is our website: http://www.illumiwhite.com/

    The terms have to be affirmatively agreed to before purchase. This is in accordance with eCommerce law. We also send an email letting the customer know they are on a 14 day trial from the very first day of order.

    This customer is on a recorded call threatening the customer service manager with violence. This will not be tolerated. We clearly state the terms and conditions before a purchase can be made. We also will not work with customers that threaten violence.

    This customer will not be refunded. "
