Claimant says:
"On November 4th I signed a contract with Elite Military Construction to remodel my kitchen to a more open plan. I gave him a deposit of $3668.78 and the work was to begin December 28th. After I got the asbestos testing done, I called him about that and a question I had about the plan. He said he would be there the next day to discuss my question. That day he called and said he was sick and made an appointment for the next day. It is now January 10th and that was the last time I spoke to him. I sent emails and called twice a week. No response at all. He did no work and took my money. I called the local building department and discovered he is not a licensed contractor in our town."

  • He has two other horrible reviews on Home Advisor. Same thing, no communication and takes the deposit and does not do the work. Maybe we should get togetherr and go after Home Advisor for letting this man continue.

  • He has not respond to this claim or to the complaint I made with the BBB. I will be going to court as my next step to stop this thief.
