Claimant says:
"June of 2012 I purchased a car from Elite Auto Sales Of Dartmouth Ma., at the time they sold Me a 2005 Honda CRV, they assured Me this was a safe car and it had not ever had any damages. I recently went toCar Dealer to trade in My car for a newer model. the car dealer was all set to take my trade until He ran the CARFAX, the report showed the car had 2 accidents front and rear but the disturbing thing was the report showed the front Airbags Had deployed. I am afraid to drive this car because of everything I have read once Airbags are deployed it can be dangerous to drive. I went back to Elite at first they said they would take back the car and get me one that was safe. as the day progressed the conversation changed, Rich, told me to go back to the other dealer and tell them He would buy the car for 7000, but Rich told Me He wouldn't cut a check unless He got the title, I can't give Elite the title until the loan on the CRV was paid off, (8660.45) is the pay-out. I was not able to purchase the newer car. so I am stuck paying for a un-safe car and at the end of My loan I will have a car that will have no trade-in value. Elite has taken advantage of Me, and i feel they should pay off the car I will sign it over to them and be free to get another car from a Honest Dealer who Gives people the CARFAX and certifies the cars."
