  • i have the exact same complaint and issue, with one, Larry Ducan. this guy and his company are a complete joke. i have had the most eye opening experience with this company. i am now sure to say, it is definitely worth it to research any company before you acquire their service. from day one with Larry and his company there has been poor professionalism, horrible service, and beyond primitive customer service. I'm out 5months without my vehicle, I'm out $2800 plus and after all this time and money the vehicle still has transmission problems, that Larry says i would have to pay him for despite my lifetime warranty to fix again. all the while i have yet to have a complete functional or reliable transmission post his service. this, is all after i was told initially that it would take 2 days turn around and the vehicle would run better than new, at least when it comes to the transmission. which none of these promises were ever met. i would warn anyone looking to get an honest and reliable car service or other wise, please do not go near this man or any of his "business".
