Claimant says:
"I purchased a shower door 3-2-14 from eFaucets.com. I wanted a full length shower door to mount on the floor. After viewing the entire site for a shower door I ordered a Dreamline SHDR-0960580-04 Frameless Sliding Tub Door. When I received it... I was surprised to find it was a tub door and not a full length shower door as pictured. On returning to the site I realized that both style doors i.e. floor & tub mount... have the description of being a SLIDING TUB DOOR. Some are pictured mounted on a tub and some pictured mounted on the floor but all have the description of a Sliding Tub Door. The pictures on the eFaucets site are deceiving and ultimately caused me to order the wrong door. I was certain I was ordering a full length shower door based on the picture. The picture for the above item I ordered showed a full length shower door mounted on the floor but was actually to be mounted on a tub. It cost me $135.00 to return the door on 4-1-14. I contacted efaucets on 5-12-14 to inquire about my refund that I have not received and I was told "the paper work is sitting on the desk and some how got over-looked". Today is July 14, 2014 and I have NOT received a refund! I have also disputed the charge with my credit card First National Bank."
