"THEY TOLD ME WHEN I SIGNED THE CONTRACT THAN HE WAS SAFE FOR PETS, MY DOG DEVELOPED A VERY BAD ALERGY AND LOST ALL HER HAIR.I ASK IF THEY COULD SEND ME IMFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND THE PRODUCT SAY IT WASNT SAFE FOR POEPLE OR PETS....they ask me for a note from my vet. I did send them one but they still want me to pay.

They are going around lying about the product i feel like something has to be done. This product is very dangerous or they didn't follow the instructions at the time of the service.

  • well alli can say is i do have the maybe they didnt follow the instructions how to spray the product.and i do have a brochure (demandCS)(PHANTOM)and (TALSTAR) and they say this product is very toxic,HUMAN AND PES CAN HAVE A ALERGY REACTION ............AND THAT IS WHAT HAPPENT maybe kellen hiltdred doesnt tell you the true and maybe nobody ever said anything BUT MY DOG HAD A VERY BAD REACTION AND THIS IS THE FACT MY VET COMFIRMED THE FACT SO PLEACE THEY HAVE TO UNDERSTAND IT DIDNT WORK FOR US!!!!

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:

  • "As is shown on the label that was provided the customer the product is labeled for use in, but not limited to, apartments, food granaries, food grain mills, food manufacturing, processing and serving establishments, hospitals, nursing homes, offices, and pet kennels. We use the product at the specified rates and have never had an issue like this before in this branch or any other branch that we have worked in and for. We treat hundreds of homes that have all sorts of different kinds of pets and as was stated above we have never had this issue before. Thank you.

  • The thing is the EPA has made it safe around pets except for birds. The person who put the sprayed the product either was not trained or just lazy. The main 3 things not to spray around is children on 6months and women that is having a baby and birds. OOOHHH people on oxygen another nono. These companies want people with no knowledge of pest control. So they can pay less. I know tried to get a job again in pest control and the companies i apply at does'nt like the ideal of me working for another company . Last pest company i work for just this year as sell i had to leave. They didn't know anything. Terrible company. What get me is your going to tell your customer that they can do just the outside and get rid of pest on the inside. Another words have your company always do the outside and the inside of your home. 2 to 3 months of rain uv and other elements on the outside doesn't last as long they tell you!!! An always make sure your company will come out free of charge between services!!!

  • A problem not happening before is not a valid argument. Also, in looking up this company, I have seen many other complaints, several about problems with pets.
