Claimant says:
"I came in on Saturday interested in purchasing a 2004 Jeep Liberty Limited that was at their Ed Marten Nissan Dealership on Shadeland in Indianapolis. The salesman told me it was available and that he could get it there for me on Monday. He then tried to sell me several other cars. There was one that I drove but it was overpriced and over our mileage range. I told him that I would be back on Monday to look at both vehicles and make a decision. On Monday he called me and said the Jeep was no longer available. It was going to auction. I told him that made no sense to me because they just changed the price. He did not know that I knew where it was at so I contacted the other dealership and they told me that it was there and would hold the keys for me until I got there. I called back the salesman and told him that it was not gone and I was heading over there to see it. Ten minutes later I get a phone call from a manager at the Shadeland Dealership saying that there was a transmission problem with the Jeep and it was going to the auction now. In 10 minutes there is a transmission problem. I have never been given the run around so much and played. I am so sick of the bait and switch. But this tops it all. This was fraud!"
