Claimant says:
"My husband and I purchased a dual queen size adjustable bed on 2/25/15, at a cost of $7,000. It was delivered on 2/28/15. The bed has never fit properly and we have not received a satisfactory solution from them. The salesperson who told us the new bed would be a "perfect fit" in our frame, refuses to return calls to us and Easy Rest Customer Service Reps tell us they have no control over what the sales rep says. Four different technicians have been to our home and all say the same thing, "the bed will not fit in our frame". We paid cash for the bed and now keep getting the run-around from the company. The bed is very uncomfortable and does not go down into the frame as it should. Customer Service solution is to replace our bed with an adjustable queen, but for health reasons is not feasible. My husband has had heart surgery and need his feet elevated and I had back surgery and need to elevate my head and upper back. That is the reason we purchased the bed in the first place.

This has become a nightmare and the company response to our complaint is very disappointing. They do not return calls and when we get someone on the phone they pass us off from one person to the next. Customer Service consistently tell us "they are not responsible for what their sales reps tell customers".. Bottom line, the reps just want to get commissions from selling beds any way they can. Naturally, the company wants to make the money.

We were better off using pillows in our original bed versus what we are getting from this monstrosity Easy Rest has put in our home, in addition to removing our double-sided pillow-top mattress and box-spring and altering the inner sides of our frame. The info was, and still is, very misleading. Truth be told, a lie, to get us to sign a contract and receive an inadequate product. One that no ways fit our needs.

We want to receive a workable product. We will never make another purchase from Easy Rest or recommend their products to anyone. Our association has been a complete disaster from start until the present."

Message from Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems: Easy Rest has attempted to resolve this complaint on three separate occasions and on each occasion our offers have been refused. Out service technicians feel a simple elevation of the bed base will resolve this issue. The Brown's have refused to allow this to be done. Easy Rest will continue to make this offer.
