"not repairing properly, saying they replace parts,ie cadilaic converter, has not been replaced now needs a complete exhaust and new converter plus, $1700.00 Dollars in repairs all due to the fact they did not replace the converter less than a year ago. please help."

  • Her vehicle was in on 12-27-2012 .Was towed in would not run. Customer has an extended warranty and they covered repair (fuel pump failure). They do not cover exhaust systems. Car was sold to her on 9-03-2010

  • Feb 29, 2012, Claiming party added:

  • the fuel pump that tey said they replaced and charged the extended warraty for this service and eastwood auto never did the repairs. Tri county auto will verify this the phone is 315-492-1623. THey will also verify that the cadilic converter has not been replaced, it is factory.The insides of it are what blew a hole in my muffler and that is the reason my vehicle needs a new exhaust. eastwood Auto also put the wrong sparkplugs in as well and has done other damage. Tri county Auto will verify that what i have told you is true. I had taken my car to eastwood auto several times in a year for the same problem and they seem to keep insisting that it is something totally different problem.
