Claimant says:
"I purchased a van from this company. Part of the condition of purchase for which i paid $500.00 was for the repair of several defects, one of which was an inoperative air conditioner. I was called and was told that the defects were fixed. I checked and all defected, including the air conditioner were fixed. Three days after delivery the air conditioner was no longer working.
I contacted the company and was told, after three days, that the air conditioner was working when I took delivery and that there was no guarantee that the air conditioner would continue to work.
The remedy sought is that the $500.00 I paid for repairs be refunded.
I DO NOT TRUST THEM TO MAKE THE REQUIRED REPAIRS AND WILL HAVE ANOTHER LOCAL BUSINESS MAKE THE REPAIR."
