Claimant says:
"I rent a minivan aug 12 thru aug 27 paid the amount of $785.95. one of the side passenger door did not lock and all of my belongings got stolen. the vehicle would wiggle or shake on the freeway.i notify the rental car & they said to go swap the minivan, when i got to the place they checked the vehicle to make sure that in effect the door did not lock;they refused to make the change of vehicle since their manager wasn't in the office at the moment. i tried to make a settlement during my time i was on vacation, try to talk to the manager Kamran Nahaly & they always had an excused he was never available they say to call the next day from 8am to 5pm but he never took care of my problem never answer any of my calls. i called the 1800 number & the florida location to see if any one else was able to help me out but their respond was that it wasn't their location & they were unable to help me. 773-627-6758 maria"
