"I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AS MR.MARK STITT.!! MY NAME IS VENILA DAVIS AT 902 S.E. 2ND ST. PRYOR,OK 74261 I HAVE BEEN CALLING 1-800-267-5113 FOR 2 WEEKS NOW & ALL I GET IS THIS NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. SO I CALLED THE BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU IN TULSA,OK. THEY GAVE ME THE ONLY NUMBER THEY HAVE 1-850-625-1919 SO I HAVE BEEN CALLING IT & NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, IT JUST RINGS & RINGS 7 RINGS!!!! IT IS URGENT I GET THEM I WAS TOLD THAT IF I MOVED IN THE SAME TOWN TO CALL & THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT & REMOVE THE HOME ENERGY SAVE FROM THE HOUSE I AM NOW IN & INSTALL IT IN THE HOUSE I'M MOVING TO WHICH IS ABOUT 6 BLOCKS FROM WHERE I'M AT NOW, & I ONLY HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME TO GET THIS DONE. MY HOME PHONE IS 1-918-825-6640. IF THIS CANNOT BE RESOLVED I WOULD LIKE TO BE INCLUDED ON THE LAW SUIT. I AM 68 & CAN NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IF ANYONE TOUCHED IT THEN EVERYTHING WOULD BE VOID."
