My complaint is I was over charged around $1700 on my debit card account through their website services. I have tried to resolve this with them via e-mail with no refund and told them I would be seeking legal help. I sent them all my receipts from them and went over stating the over charges which they deny. I also feel their services were not worth the pricing or nor were their employees. Mostly concerned about over charges just want my refund back either on my card or a money settlement please."

  • My information is not false in my transactions there are many receipts stating I was charged more on the same date then was supposed to me charged. I have sent in all my receipts to the company and compared myself the over charges which are $1700. Not to mention the services were poor and not helpful at all, most of the employees are fake and just using people for money!

  • My accusations are not false you know there are over charges on my account there is no way I spent $4,000 on your website and I sent all my receipts and compared and saw many extra charges on my account on the sane dates not to mention the service you provide with your employees is not legit most aren't even Psychics they are just using and taking advantage of people and taking their money which is fraud. The fact that your now unwilling to settle shows how unprofessional your company is, and the fact you took down my complaint on my hall in your website and blocked me from private chat shows your trying to hide what I have to say to others on the site! This will all go public and I will keep seeking further means to get this settled, I have nothing to hide....

  • I am also stating not only over charges but the fact that this company is a fraud with Psychics that are not real most don't even know English that well and the service is a lie, what they say and predict all to take advantage of people. The service isn't worth what I was charged if worth anything. I want a refund and settlement through this company, they have over charged in the amount of $4,000.00 in services through my credit card and my pay pal I think a fair refund should be considered, if not I will go to great lengths to get this resolved through an attorney or other legal service, this is wrong to handle your customers this way. Since I have removed myself from this website. I have all my receipts and the companies with different times and over charges but bottom line the service was terrible not what they claim, all Psychics are fake!

    "Dear Parties,

    On behalf of Duodecad IT Services Luxembourg S.à r.l. I would like to state that our customer's claim is false, and we have technical evidence to back this statement up. Every technical data connected to transactions made on our websites are stored and secured, such as IP addresses, but we are not eligible to give these out unless we are contacted by official authorities.
    The website Laura Stultz used was Oranum.com, where our customers can purchase virtual credits, which they can use to attend private readings with psychics. Besides the credits themselves, the site is completely free, we do not charge subscription fees or recurring charges. We do offer an option where our customers may save their payment method's details, so that later they can purchase just by clicking on a package, but in this particular case all of these attempts were declined by the customer's bank, so at the time of each and every credit card purchase the card details had to be manually entered to the fields provided on the purchase screen. The customer also received the credits she intended to purchase for every successful transaction she made, and she spent them on mentioned private readings
    Our records of mentioned purchases match with those provided here. This bank statement was also sent to us by the member.
