"my name is Maria Pelayo I had a problem with my toilet it was leaking. hired a plumbing Com name Dr rooter 760 554 2671 and they came and change the wax ring and told me that was fix. next morning toilet leaking again call him back and add another wax ring and told me if that din"t fix the problem it was because the toilet was bad 10 years old and those particular toilet were bad. next day toilet still leaking he won't come back and said he was finish. i call acure pluming en El Centro they told me nothing wrong with the toilet those toilets are still installing at this time that it was a leak from the tank. I call Dr rooter and told me that they have done the job and won't give me a refund."

  • I don't know nothing about plumbing I told Mr rooter that my toilet was liking and need to stop the liking never told them what was the problem only liking twice you came and only put other ring.on top of the other you told me that the toilet was old and need replasment I call you again because it was liking again and you told me even o you gave me guaranty for 14 days that you will not refund or fix it accure plumbing came and fix the liik and fix it by Changing some washers inside of the toilet

  • Mr. Rooter I don't think that I have to tell you how to do your job I don't know nothing about Plumbing I just need my toilet was leaking and you shouldn't know how to fix it you told me my toilet was out of date and his house is only 10 years old and we just purchased on June in ocular Plumbing told me that the toilet is still being installed in homes so you. not correct plus I have 14 days warranty that's what you wrote on the bill but you didn't want to return the money from the money or fix it because you didn't know what you were doing I am sorry but I want my money back you didn't fix anything you shouldn't get paid for it and if you never plan a plumber you should say you are thank you very much

ALL I WANT IS FOR YOU NOT TO TAKE MONEY FROM NO ONE I NOT FOR THE MONEY IS FOR YOUR ACTION AND YOU NOT TELLING THE TRUE ABOUT ENDING THE THE PHONE CALL THAT WAY YOU DID AND TELLING LIES .THANK YOU

PLEASE ME ROOTER BE REALHAVE A GOOD NIGHT

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "When Mrs. Pelayo called us , she stated her toilet was leaking from the bottom and needed a wax ring changed. So we went and did just that.She called back 2 days later and said her toilet was still leaking. We went out replaced the wax ring with a bigger one and explained to her that she either needed to change her toilet or change the parts inside the toilet if it continued to leak. When she called back the third time she wanted us to to perform that service for free since she had already payed 49.00. I told her that was the charge for the wax ring install plus labor. She got upset and wanted me to fix the inside of her toilet for free when she called us and told us all she wanted was a wax ring. After her being rude and not wanting to listen. I told her to take her business else where as I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Once she was rude I decided I did not want her as a client anymore. I will not refund the $49.00 as that was the cost for changing the wax ring and for the service call. I'm sorry have a nice day."
