"In summary,

Mr. Wayno has conducted very very poor business. He has taken advantage of a client and that my being a single female with limited budget and to know that there are such crooks out there. He should not beable to get away with this. Mr. Wayno overall, took my money and did not complete his contract at which i, the customer, paid for all materials. I am very very upset and am seeking a refund and hope that he cannot do this to another. I hold with me a copy of the contract proposal with the ceiling listed as part of the $825.00 payment as well as i hold copies of both checks which Mr. Wayno has cashed.

Please note the bullet points at bottom of agreement only 2 out of the 3 were completed. The third being the ceiling work.

Thank you for your attention in this matter and i really hope to hear a response to my complaint."

  • 02-15-2011 — Date of Proposal contract agreement.
  • 03-08-2011 — Mr. Wayno began work as contracted with bathroom tile renewing.
  • 03-09-2011 — Mr. Wayno returned and the work in the Foryer, shelving in bathroom was completed. He advised me on this day he would not beable to return to complete the ceiling until the 17th of March. I paid Mr. Wayno which also included the work for the ceiling on this day balance remaining of $425.00
  • 03-17-2011 — This is th day Mr. Wayno was to return to complete the work on the ceiling. He called and advised he had to order material and it would not be until the following wednesday which would be March 23rd.
  • 03-24-2011 — I placed a call to Mr. Wayno at approximately the 10:00 hour asking for status and to schedule a completion date. He advised he was driving and would return my call within the hour. Mr. Wayno failed to call me back.
  • 03-25-2011 — I placed a 2nd call to Mr. Wayno at the 10:00 hour to follow up with the previous days phone call to schedule a completion date and that i found it very rude he did not call me back and furthermore that i paid him in full for his services. Mr. Wayno failed to return my phone call.
  • 03-27-2011 — I am filing my complaint agains Mr. Wayno..To date, i have received no phone call back. Mr. Wayno left me with services undone which he has been paid for.
