Claimant says:
"We contracted with D/L/B/ Roofing to repair a small leak in our building at 544 S. Broadway, Dayton Ohio on March 5, 2012. They priced the repairs at $800.00 and we paid $400 down with a one year warranty. They made repairs three weeks later and they said they were finished on March 25. They asked for the balance of payment and we paid them $400.00 on March 28th. We advised them on April 10th that the roof was still leaking. They have returned a number of times to repair. On MAy 8 they said they would hot tar the roof on May12. They did not make any further repairs. We called them from May 15 through May25 and they refused to return our calls. The leak is bigger than when they started. We asked for a refund and they have refused to call us back. We have to hire another Company to make these repairs."
