Claimant says:
"They have lied to me on several ocassions And under false pretenses First of all the sales person that came to my door and sold me this supposedly special offer told me I could bundle with century link and Verizon saving me $10. But that was untrue then they took $100. out of my account for installation fees which I knew nothing about. After a big dispute headaches and other issues they refunded my $100. Then the football season has started and I cant watch my Seahawks I even ordered NFL for $6.00 more to be able to watch it but its blacked out. The guy that sold NFL package lied to me. I have been watching the Seahawks since 1975 when I moved here I don't think I've ever missed a game. I was very upset yesterday after listening to the game on the radio realizing what a great game I missed I called dish again very upset and the gentlemen said I could watch it on channel 22 at 5:00 pm I tried and it was blacked out If Joel would have said when he was selling us this wonderful DISH oh by the way we have a dispute going on with the Tribune and channel 13 you wont beable to watch your Seahawks. There is no way I would have signed up with Dish Needless to say I called today and cancelled. And they are charging me $425.00 Please help me I'm so upset
