Claimant says:
"I bought a extended auto warranty from direct buy on October 11th contract VSC # 86731912 for my sons VW Cabrio.paid 300.00 up front and $77.87 each month. My sons VW had the air conditioner compressor blow up and destroyed the engine.I did not have the proper coverage and I decided to cancel my contract on May 5th I complied to all requirements.I sent an odometer reading of the VW at the time of the breakdown that was notarized and I have not heard or received my refund.I am attaching all the paper work that complies to this case.I have sent many emails and get no response.I had filed a complaint with the BBB and my lawyer neither have received a response .I have called several times only to be put on hold I talked to no one.I hope you can help"
