"Charged twice. I pawned three articles in Oct of 2016. I came in on Nov and paid interest on the articles till Jan 1 2017. I came in on Dec 6,2016 to pick up my articles and was told I had to pay interest on them that it didn't matter that the interest was paid up till January. So Basically I paid interest twice."

    "The base interest is always due when picking up an item. Paying extra on the item extends your time frame and gives you more time on any given loan but never comes off the initial interest charge which is always due upon pickup. If you would like to speak with our General Manager Richard he is at the 501 Location today/Wednesday."
