"I was shocked to see that so many other people have been scammed by this horrible company Dermitage. I
like them fell for the free offer of their creams. Paid $5.95. That was two weeks ago and today see a charge for $90.00 on my credit card. I called and spoke with a very rude customer service lady. She told me I did not call them to let them know I was keeping the product, so I had to pay for it. The creams are hopeless only made my skin worse. No authorization was given to use my card. I even mentioned to the representative that it was unfair not to give people enough time to see how the product worked for them. On the charges part she said that many people made the same mistake in not reading the small print that came with an invoice(I did not get an invoice). I am on social security and this unlawfull charge will hurt. Have these people any shame? All I can say is "Thank goodness for all the honest people in this world". Thanks for listening!!
