Claimant says:
"I went to David Gerard Salon to have my hair dyed to a platinum blonde, i had a picture of what i was expecting. At the time i had not had my my hair cut or dyed in over a year. My hair was dyed in the back a black color that was fading and i had large blonde streaks through the remainder of my hair. I asked if they could do this and they said yes, several sections of my hair were put in foil and i was then placed under a heat source for a while then the foil was taken out and my hair was washed and dried, all the hair on the back of my head and parts of my roots through the remainder of my head were orange. i was told i would need to come back in a week to finish the process. i came back the next week and they did what they called a bleach wash. the bright orange hair color was toned down but my hair remained orange with platinum white highlights. For these services i was charged $521.00.I ended upm driving from Goodyear to Flagstaff to my previous hair stylist who could tell exactly what they did and where they went wrong LETS TALK USE A PURPLE TONER NEXT TIME ASHLEE) after having my hair corrected for $65.00 i went back to David Gerard Salon and reuested at least part of my money back. I was yelled at (Why the F--k didnt you call me back and now you are spreading F--king rumors in Flagstaff that my salon provides bad work. You are a F--king idiot. he told me he would cut me a check for 1/2 the cost. this has been over a week ago and i have not received a check. On the way out the door I was politely told "I hope you fall on your F--king face wearing those F--king highheals!!!"
