Claimant says:
"Darlene runs 2 businesses out of 3854 North Buffalo Street in Orchard Park, NY 14127. The first is The Pet Spa (I have at present no complaint with them. However, the other business she runs is a cleaning business named: A Perfect Touch, and I as a client and employee have serious problems. First, she is crude and slanderous towards her customers while travelling from job to job with the employees (usually in an employee vehicle and the employee only gets gasoline costs reimbursed and not wear and tear on the vehicle or insurance costs). Secondly, The employees only get paid for time at cleaning job and not for prep work to load and unload the vehicle or clean-up after the work day and thus the employees only average around $4.23 per hour. Thirdly, she is late in paying me the wages I have earned with her company for 3 weeks and she owed me for the work done a total of $210,00 (with daily compounded 5% interest compounded daily she now owes me $505.40 as of today April 3rd, 2016. If I choose to sue for mental and financial and emotional abuse it would total to at least $1,500.00. I would seriously recommend that no one use her companies since she is a less than personable and dedicated business owner. I mean just put yourself in an employees shoes who is daily being abused and forced to listen to her complain about past customers and present and past employees"
