"This message is to Pierre Lessard. I fill out a complaint again twords D&H yesterday but it said address unknown. so I'm trying again. In your message did you say the shop said I had put my van in the shop 4times since I got it back. if so it was 1time. my warranty started on 3-3-2012 and ended on 7-3-2012 in which time was with in the 120 days timeframe. Also I told you that when it did not pass smog and I took it back to the shop the owner said he would fix the smog problem but nothing else. This goes against the guarantee promise D&H auto teac made to me. first off he never said anything to me about the noise coming from the injectors and if he did I would of told him to fix it it's coming from the lower half of the motorsome where buy the crank this he better fix. And the list I told you I left in the van he never did anything.rember his shop caused this problem so he fixes it.When I first contacted you. the things the shop was to do he never did the break down on what they were to do . this shop had me paying for things when they ran my motor with out water. that now I know did not needed to be done. it cost me thousand of dollars when in this shop caused me alot of grief and worry. I was to go to my son's new house for the 4th I didnt because for fear of a break down. Now should I have to worry on something like this after I had about $3500 Dollars spent at this auto shop would you have taken your losses after knowing you I think not. I would like for you to come down and again listen and see the condition of their work. I don't drive my van for fear something going wrong. Isn't that a great thing to say after a shop was to fix the things that were wrong? I'll sell them my van and then they will never have to worry on seeing me again PAUL SONGER"
