Claimant says:
"I have been trying to get an address for Crazy Frog Pest Contro so I can send them a letter of cancellation for my service.  The address that was on a statement emailed to me came back from the post of as an insufficient address.  I have tried calling, they won't answer their phone, instead they have you leave a number so they can return your call, which they don't.  I have sent emails, with no response.  After their service in June I do not want them charging my credit card for automatic services, I want to cancel.
