  • I was going to place a Ad in the Reno Sparks Planner. I was told of the dispute with Josef's Vienna Bakery, from another souce. I have a Sports Bar & Grill, in both Reno & Sparks. I have no problem placing a Ad in this Magazine. I've had Teams coming in our Restaurant, several times during the year. They're Out Of State Teams, that have never heard of our Restaurant. They brought in their Magazine, to receive their Team Discount. I continue to place a Ad in the Reno Sparks Planner, every year, with the tremendous support we receive.

  • Hello, I run hundreds of Softball, Baseball & Basketball Tournaments every year. I know Mr. Walters DOES have a Magazine that he hands out. It supports many of the Businesses in the Reno-Sparks Area. I know he also has Team Registrations, Awards Banquets, Coaches Meetings and Team Parties, at many of these Businesses to also help support them. They are very happy with Craig's Magazine! They RETURN in his Magaizine EVERY YEAR! I don't know what happen with Josef Vienna Bakery, but I can't see Craig getting upset. Craig don't make a dime on this. He does this for the Businesses in our Community, to help support them. So I would assume it was a Mis-Communication and Josef's blew this way out of porportion....

  • The Claimant's Complaint is so wrong. First, I never called them. I came into Josef's Vienna Bakery and spoke with Carl Yasbek (Sonja's Husband). he looked at the Publication and said yes, they would like to get in the program. He'll talk with his wife Sonja and asked me to come back in 2-3 days. When I came back, Carl mentioned nothing to Sonja. When I tried to talk with Sonja and show her the Publication, she didn't want to listen to ANYTHING. She wasn't skeptical, she told me, she already met her Budget and already had several other Advertisements already out there. She asked for me to come back next year. Carl told me to wait, so he can talk with Sonja, because he really thought it was a great idea. So I waited, because Carl asked me to. I never once became belligerent and called people in the store. I called my Daughter, who was meeting me across the street for Lunch, so I called her to let her know I was going to be late. Carl came back and his exact words were, Sonja said no...now you understand what I deal with every day for the past several years. Carl made that comment to me. This was not no fabricated comment, this was excactly what Carl told me.This is the last email that Carl & Sonja are upset about. I left their Restaurant without any problem. Then it was Sonja that started all the emails. She was the one that called me names & was rude. I asked her to please quit texting me, but she wouldn't stop. I also have a copy of ALL THE EMAILS. It will show she started it and it will show she called me dirty names! Sonja did all the HARASSMENT!! That's when I said what Carl said. I didn't say it, til she wouldn't quit emailing me and quit calling me names!That's why they are now upset. Carl made the mistake to tell me something that was repeated back to Sonja. Carl should be apologizing to Sonja. Sonja should be apologizing to me.
