Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"In February of 2012 I supposedly opted in for a service by my bank or credit union, called Bill Pay E. I don't actually recall signing up for this service, but it is possible I did. I do remember the frequent advertisements.

Currently the Terms and Conditions are clear:

There is no cost associated with Community 1st Credit Union's Bill Pay service
as long as one bill per month is paid from the individual account. Inactive use of the
product results in a $5.00 per month charge.

This information must have been written in obscurity and minuteness if I had signed up, as I've been on a limited budget, limiting my living expenses by staying with my mom, and getting Gov. food assistance as I looked for work in my field, Education. There was no reason for me to have signed up unless bold and brazen advertisements reading, "Free Service" had lured me in.

I have only noticed my money missing in the past couple of weeks when living and working out of the country, and not accessing or activating the account myself. I have contacted C1stCreditUnion and they refunded me for the month of September. I feel they are chiselers, taking my money when I’m not looking, and this bait-and-switch scam should be stopped before others fall prey. Outstanding is the balance I request of 35$
