Claimant says:
"I feel that comcast gives false information. I Have been giving a package quote and have been lied to. Have taken the name of person I spoke to which was Danielle number JJ22 was told they had A Danielle but number JJ22 did not match . I was told my packtace was 49.00 for one year my bill turns out to be 100.00 per month . Then I bought hD TV CALLED COMCAST and ask why I was not getting HD I was told I needed a Hd Box I was told it would be 10.00 a month so comcast said I would be mailed a HD box within 5 days well it took one month to get the box. When I got the box It did not work so I called comcast to help me with setting it up they talk me throught it and it did not work.I told her it was the same box that I hAD . sHE then told me that I was not listening, I said well can you send some one to help me , then she said it would cost me 30.00 dollars I was upset and then said I would pay 3.00 to add to my service . Then comcast show up to my house and tell me they're here to fix my phone line because I have been complaining, I said i dont have a phone, you are here to hook up my Hd box that was sent to me from comcast. He then came into my house and told me they did not have the right box. I am so sick of being lied to and them stealing from me."
