Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"This is the second time in the last twelve months I've had a major problem with Comcast. On November 12, 2014, I phoned Comcast automated system to get my amount due, system stated $203 something, I hung up and called back got representative Jomar on the line, I told her that my bill had been being around $179 something in the past, why was it over $203 for November. She said that she would check for me, told me that my previous promotion was over but she would see what she could do, stated she could give me another twelve month promotion with the same package for $179.86, she also stated that I had a credit for $160 something and for me to only pay $34.01 for November and the $179.86 for the next twelve months. I expressed to her that I've experienced problems with Comcast representatives telling me one thing then find out later there were no notes to confirm what I was told, she told me not to worry because she was putting it in the system as we spoke. When I finished talking with Jomar I phoned the automated system back to pay the $34.01, it still stated the $203 something. That same day I had to call back because some of the channels were not coming in. Another representative checked and fixed the problem, I told him that I'd phoned the auto system to pay the $34.01 and it still stated the $203 something, he said it takes the system about twenty four hours to catch up. I also asked him about the $179 something that I was told to pay for the next twelve months, he said it should be $185 something not $179 something, I just let it go. Today I phoned the auto system to pay the $34.01 and it stated $386.14. Immediately phoned back got representative Marlowe, told him everything that had been going go, he told me that he did not see anything about me paying $34.01 and Jomar had no business telling me that there was a $160 some dollar credit, I asked to speak with a supervisor, he put me on hold for several minutes, came back to the phone and told me all of the supervisors were busy and he would have one to phone me back, took my number, I'm still waiting on that call."
