"I have placed and order on Sept 14th, 2016 and on Sept 20th 2016 I received wrong order and called!! I have placed several calls got run around and sent e-mails as well, it is Now Nov 5th and still NOT resolved I did send wrong order back with the receipts inside box and also asking for a refund!!! following dates of phone calls: Sept 20th, 2016, Sept 26, 2016, Sept 30th 2016, Oct 4 2016, and asking for refund at that time. Sent wrong order back on Oct 12, 2016 with receipt inside box. called Oct 28th, 2016, emails sent Sept 20th 2016, with attachments, sent Oct 28th 2016 email with attachments again, PLEASE RESOLVE!!!! AND WANT REFUND!!!!"

    Clinckinks should a) respond to the customer immediately; b) refund the customers purchase price plus shipping, and c) at the customer's discretion if he wishes to try again, offer to send the correct merchandise with complimentart next-day delivery
