Claimant says:
"I hired Chris Brewer, Judd Construction, to help remodel my house. I have pictures and a very long list of things he screwed up and refuses to fix. He sawed off the bottoms of 7 new doors leaving them hollow. He broke the inside of new kitchen cabinets, splintered the inside of every drawer, neglected to drive screws in all the way (less than 1/4 in), sink leaked, drain clogged, bath room vanity was not spaced between wall and commode and was just showed in the corner, damaged expensive blinds, all 7 doors would not close and had to be removed and trimmed, new base cabinets in kitchen are not even close to level leaving the stove looking like it is from somebody's nightmare, plumbing for new shower was attached only to the shower wall itself which wiggles every time you touch it, and the list goes on and on. This guy should not be allowed to own a screwdriver. He should be banned from hardware stores everywhere. He would not give me his address and works only out of his truck. He refused to fix the problems saying he could not come back into my house because of a liability issue. He blocked me on his phone and is nowhere to be found. He just did an extremely poor job, took the money and ran. Instead of finishing in 2 weeks, he took 6 weeks.  I will gladly take anyone on a tour of my house before you even think about hiring this guy. Or I could send you pictures. Beware!"

  • We have never done work for Mr. Quigley. We have done work for his girlfriend, whose name was on the check solely, and who also is the owner of the property we did work for. Me. QUIGLEY has no claim to lay against my business, as he is not the one we did work for. I have also had my attorney send MR. QUIGLEY a cease and desist letter. He is slandering my name and my business. Mrs. Goins, is not aware of any claims he has pursued. She also received a cease and desist letter. This claim and review need to be removed ASAP, otherwise my attorney will be contacting your company. If you need any additional paperwork provided for proof purposes, I’ll

  • The property Judd's Construction did work on was and is owned solely by me, Mr. Michael Quigley. Where payment came from is not the issue. What is at issue is the amount of cost to repair the damage caused by Judd's construction. I have detailed descriptions and dozens of photographs along with eye witnesses who are ready to testify against the shoddy work. As for the matter of slander. Ridiculous. Any customer of any business is legally allowed to critique work. You'd have to shut down every home repair service that rates contractors if this were not the case. I rate Judd's Construction at ZERO Stars and I have evidence to support my rating of his work. Further, upon dealing with his poor work I am adjusting my claim to $10,000.
