Claimant says:
"I purchased a Home Warranty from Choice Home Warranty in 2012 to cover my home. This was purchased from the internet. I called the company and gave them my credit card.They did not ask any questiona about my appliances as to age, condition, etc. I had a problem with my heating and air unit. I called them and they tried to get someone to come out but was unable to get anyone. They told me to get the person I had used to come out. I called Edwards Plumbing & Heating who had done several things before for me. He said he would be out the next day. The next day the warranty co. called and said they could send Castle Air out of Huntsville, AL. I told them I already had someone coming. I was told that would be ok. When Mr. Edwards checked the unit he talked to someone at the warranty company and explained the problems. Then I spoke to them and was told to pay the bill and send it to them for review and reimbursement. I sent the bill, cancelled check, & maintenance schedule. They owe me $1,400. They refused to pay
anything."
