"Their service to customers not being on time, hours late and not calling to let us know. Promising speed of internet and tv problems are not true. Switched phone service over, they disconnected my old phone for 2 week before they set me up with theirs and said there was nothing they could do. If I knew now what I was getting into I would never have changed. I hope this comment will not go out without other customers being able to see it and hopefully the Better Business will look into this and help consumers.
