Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I had Century Link since 1993 and recently changed to basic talk not knowing it doesn't work with Dish, so I went with Dish not knowing they hire Century Link for their customers. We have not had phone service since the 7th of May 2016. I told them my husband is on Hospice and we have nurses calling in and they can't. They were trying to retrieve our number and couldn't and blaming one another. I have had Dish out and had Century Link out many times, Century Link finally have our old number. Century Link said they would have it running on the 25th of May, Phone not fixed, I called them and they told me it would be fixed on the 27th of May. Finally it was working, on the 1st of June it is off again and states disconnected and no longer in service. I called again and the tech told me it was disconnected and didn't know why. I told him to talk to his superiors and get it fixed and that I didn't want to explain the situation again.
