Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a pair of Deniro dressage riding boots from this company. After, several months of wear riding one horse a day, the back seam split away from the boot. I sent the boots back several weeks ago and despite multiple requested, phoning, email, etc., I have not heard back from this company. Their customer rep "Lindsay" refuses to take my calls and has not replied to any of my emails. regarding my boots. I paid over $1,2000.00 for these boots and need a replacement boot or my money back NOW!!!!! This company is disreputable and something needs to be done. I am at a loss with how to proceed since NO ONE in this company will give me an answer!!!! Please help."

  • Attached please find photos of the damage to the boots. The seams are ripped because the boot was rubbed harshly in that area. The spine is being replaced to repair the seam.

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "Linda, this is Lindsey from Centerline. The back seam is not coming out, it was ripped out while being rubbed. We are repairing them at our own expense because we know that this has been frustrating for you, but it is not a manufacturer's defect. We have told you on multiple occasions that your boots are in the process of being repaired. They are with the boot repair shop. We are not able to replace your boots for a second time. Again, this is not a manufacturer's defect. "
