Claimant says:
"I purchased a service on learning how to sell on e-bay for $4855.36 on May 14, 2013. $2055.36 was charged to my credit card and $2800 was financed by them. I researched the company on a BBB site in Utah and found that there were 2 complaints about this company. The next day I cancelled this service. A few days later, a representative of the company called me up and pleaded with me to give them a chance and not make a bad name for them. He said that my satisfaction was guaranteed and that they were taking the risk by financing me. I did their coaching program for about 6 weeks and I was having problems to find a way to successfully sell in my sports niche. I couldn't compete with other selling prices for the same products without losing money. I told my coach, Jeremy this, so he told me to sell a different line of products. I didn't know much about other products and didn't feel comfortable selling products I didn't know much about. My coach said it didn't matter, do it anyway. He gave me my assignment for the next week. The next day I tried to get on the site to do my assignment and I couldn't get access. I called them up and left a message telling them this problem. Nobody responded and my coach didn't contact me on the scheduled class time. I didn't receive what I paid for and I don't trust them at all. I don't want to complete this program, I want to be credited for what I didn't get."
