1. Refund: charge for death/disability insurance. cancel same. Aug 07, 2010 $45.00
2. Credit: reduce interest rate ,stop adding penalities & fees forced on me by them overcharging that put me over their credit limit,& remove charges for payment insurance. Close this account so no more fees can be added. Aug 07, 2010 $200.00
3. reduce interest rate to 10%,retroactive until date card was issued. Aug 07, 2010 $500.00
4. I want $100.00 deducted from my bill for the time it took to do all this.Iam very angry and disappointed with this credit card and the dentist that referred me to it!!! Aug 07, 2010 $100.00
